"Saveurs du Valais" Label

The label "Saveurs du Valais" is attributed to restaurant owners wishing to valorise regional, authentic recipes using local agricultural merchandise.

Restaurants with this label offer a minimum of 3 authentic regional main meals and two desserts using local agricultural products, as well as the traditional « assiette valaisanne » composed of valaisan rye bread AOC, dried beef IGP, cured ham, sausage, bacon and valaisan cheese.

Numerous establishments are labelled " Saveurs du Valais" in the Evolène region.
